Borsa Italiana-S&P/MIB Futures, New Daily Record

The S&P/MIB index futures (FIB), which replaced the MIB30 index as of September 2004, today reached a new volume of 57,031 contracts traded.

This record represents the highest volume value on the index futures since the launch of the IDEM market in November 1994.

The previous record was set in September 2001 with 55,143 contracts traded.
