- Eighth debut on AIM Italia this year
- Energy Lab raised €7,84 million
Borsa Italiana welcomes Energy Lab yesterday on AIM Italia. The company offers planning advice and financial and insurance analysis of investments in the renewable energy sector.
The company raised €7.84 million, €4.1 million through a convertible bond, has a free-float of 17.19 per cent and a market value of €21.7 million.

Barbara Lunghi, Head of Mid & Small Caps, Borsa Italiana, said:
“Energy Lab is a young and dynamic company with a strong ambition to develop and expand. We are delighted that Energy Lab has chosen AIM Italia to help it raise capital and further grow its business.”
The company will become a constituent of FTSE AIM Italia, which now includes 44 companies.
From the end of 2013 to 19 May 2014, the FTSE AIM Italia performed positively, up 2.04 per cent.
