Borsa Italiana: The Code Of Conduct For Listed Companies To Be Presented In Milan On March 14, 2006

The new Code of Conduct for listed companies will be presented next Tuesday, 14 March 2006 at 9:00 am in Milan at the Congress and Training Center of Palazzo Mezzanotte, Borsa Italiana’s headquarters.

The conference will begin with a welcoming address by Angelo Tantazzi, Borsa Italiana’s Chairman, and will be followed by interventions from Massimo Capuano, President and CEO of Borsa Italiana, Alessandro Profumo, CEO of Unicredit Group, Marco Tronchetti Provera, President of Telecom Italia, and Lamberto Cardia, President of Consob (public authority responsible for regulating the Italian securities market).

The conference is set to close at 11.00 am.
