Today’s opening bell ceremony rang for the Cotton Warrants issued by İs Invest. It was held at Borsa İstanbul with the participation of Borsa İstanbul Executive Vice President Mehmet Gönen and Borsa İstanbul Executive Vice President Dr. Korkmaz Enes Ergun, Is Invest Genel Manager Riza Kutlusoy, Is Bank Executive Vice President Şahismail Şimşek, İzmir Commodity Exchange Chairperson Işınsu Kestelli and İzmir Commodity Exchange President of Assembly Barış Kocagöz.
Pointing out that they are working on to have Borsa İstanbul more attractive to both national-international and individual-institutional investors that’s how liquidity forms, Borsa İstanbul Executive Vice President Mehmet Gönen said:
“Individual investors are really important for our liqudity. They are mostly paying attention to agricultural financial instruments. Cotton is the first agricultural warrant at Borsa İstanbul.”
