Today, I welcome you all to the Opening Bell Ceremony hosted by our Exchange as we celebrate the listing of Luxera GYO (REIT) at Borsa İstanbul.
Our company, a developer of residential and commercial real estate projects, has initiated a new growth phase through its transformation into a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) and subsequent listing on Borsa İstanbul. This development accompanies the continued expansion of its portfolio. This transition has resulted in a more corporate structure and a stronger financial foundation. The company will continue to execute new projects utilizing the capital raised through the IPO. I extend my congratulations to the esteemed management team for this strategic decision.
