In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., stated the following:

I extend my respectful greetings to you on behalf of Borsa İstanbul Group.
I would like to welcome you all to Borsa İstanbul, for this wonderful Opening Bell ceremony held today to mark the start of trading of the real estate certificates offered to the public in cooperation with the Housing Development Administration and Emlak Konut Real Estate Investment Trust.
Today, through the small steps taken by each of our investors, we are collectively making a significant leap forward. These modest contributions represent a powerful means of joining forces to undertake major investments such as homeownership, urban transformation, and earthquake preparedness together. This significant step represents a means of advancing the ongoing development initiative, led by our esteemed President, through the use of a capital markets instrument.
The trading of real estate certificates on our Exchange ensures that the entire process is conducted in a smooth and orderly manner.

On this occasion, I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to all our investors who participated in this successful IPO and joined us in our excitement. I express my sincere gratitude to our esteemed Minister for his visionary leadership. I also wish to thank the Ministry, the Housing Development Administration, Emlak Konut Real Estate Investment Trust, our intermediary institutions, and all those who contributed for their dedication and hard work. I hope that the listing of the real estate certificates on our Exchange will be auspicious and beneficial.
