The telecommunications company Gowex, which started trading on BME’s MAB market in March 2010, will become the first company on MAB to obtain financing through a capital increase.
By increasing capital, the company pursues the double goal of broadening its shareholder base and raising the necessary capital to fund its growth strategy. In addition, Let’s Gowex firmly believes that providing its stock with more liquidity will help the company to be more transparent, attractive and visible.
Gowex intends to raise more than €6.8 million through the issuance of 1 new share for each 8 existing shares. The issue price is €4,84 and the subscription rights can be traded on MAB as of tomorrow.
