(BOVESPA: BMEF3) received an inquiry from the São Paulo Stock Exchange (Bovespa), through official letter GAE/SAE 0132- 08, requesting clarifications regarding the article published in the newspaper Gazeta Mercantil on January 30, 2008 entitled, “BM&F deve negociar novos produtos” [BM&F to trade new products] regarding statements attributed to the Chairman of the Board of Directors about estimates of the Company’s market value based on forecasts of the Company’s growth.
