Bolsa De Madrid To Trade 40 New Warrants

As of September 29, Bolsa de Madrid will begin trading 40 new warrants issued by Banesto Banco de Emisiones. The new warrrants will be issued on the following domestic stocks and indices: Ibex 35, Amadeus, BBVA, Endesa, Iberdrola, Indra, Repsol, S.C.H. and Telefónica.

The warrants that will be issued are American style, with expiry date on 17 June 2005 and automatic execution by the issuer. Among the 40 warrants are 32 call and 8 put.

With the incorporation of these certificates, the number of warrants listed on the Madrid Stock Exchange amounts to 1,243, 538 of which have been listed during the first nine months of the year.
