Among others, the New York Stock Exchange has sent Antonio Zoido, Chairman of Bolsa de Madrid, its condolences for the attacks. The Mexican Stock Exchange expressed their "solidarity and deep lamentation of the terror-ridden events occurred today in Madrid", wishing the Spanish people a "prompt recovery from such a terrible tragedy".
Also the German Stock Exchange sent a message of solidarity with Spain expressing its solidarity and deeply lamenting the events happened in the country's capital.
The Madrid Stock Exchange Workers Committee called all workers to stand in silence at the exchange doorsteps tomorrow at 12:00 hrs CET for fifteen minutes, the exchange announced today.
The Committee has also invited all workers to participate in the demonstration which will take place tomorrow, at 19:00 hrs CET and which will start off from Plaza de Colón to conclude at Glorieta de Atocha.
