As for the warrants issued on indices, 42 have been issued on the Ibex-35. Among the issues 23 are call warrants and 19 put warrants, with a wide range of prices and expiring dates. Another 8 warrants have been issued on the Dow Jones Industrial Average, 5 on the Nasdaq 100, 7 on the Nikkei 225 and 7 on the Dax. All of them with an expiring date on 18 march 2005.
Another 10 warrants have been issued on the euro / dollar exchange rate. Among the listed issues are 5 call and 5 put warrants. Their expiry date is 20 June 2005.
As for the 94 warrants issued on Spanish shares, they have been issued on the following underlying assets: Altadis, BBVA, Banco Popular, Endesa, Iberdrola, Repsol, SCH, Sogecable, Telefónica and Union Fenosa. These issues include an expiry date on 18 March 2005. As for the warrant issued on Telefonica, there is a wide range of prices and expiring dates concerning the warrant being those 18 March 2005, 17 December 2004 and 17 June 2005.
As to foreign shares, 32 warrants have been issued on the following underlying assets: Cisco Systems, Deutsche Telecom, KPN, Microsoft and Nokia. Their expiry date is 18 March 2005.
As for the warrants issued on commodities, 7 have been issued on a Future contract for Brent Crude with an expiry date of December 2004. Among the listed issues are 4 call and 3 put warrants. Their expiry date is December 2004.
With these new admissions the number of warrants traded on the Bolsa de Madrid is now 1,240, of which 829 have been admitted to trading since the beginning of the year.
