The subscription volume of EUR 50 million for the bond issue from Ekosem-Agrar GmbH has been fully placed. Hence the subscription period ended prematurely on the sixth subscription day, i.e. on 19 March 2012 at 16.00 hours CET. The bonds have a coupon of 8.75 percent and mature in five years. Private and institutional investors had the opportunity to subscribe to the agricultural company’s bond issue from 12 March 2012.
The Ekosem-Agrar GmbH bond is the first instrument to be admitted to Boerse Stuttgart’s Bondm trading segment this year. Now that the subscription period has ended early, investors can trade their bonds (ISIN DE000A1MLSJ1) at the Stuttgart Stock Exchange as of today. The bond issue is denominated in nominal units of EUR 1,000.
Since the launch of Bondm in May 2010 Boerse Stuttgart has admitted corporate bonds with a total volume of more than EUR 1.5 billion to the segment for medium-sized enterprises.
