3W Power Holdings S.A., a holding company of the AEG Power Solutions Group, is to offer a corporate bond through Boerse Stuttgart's Bondm segment. From 18 November 2010 investors have the opportunity of subscribing directly to the new bond issue from 3W Power Holdings S.A. / AEG Power Solutions. The bond issue, which has a total volume of up to EUR 125 million and matures in 2015, has a coupon of 9.25 percent. Private investors can buy bonds denominated EUR 1,000 directly through their house bank or online bank by sending a buy order to Boerse Stuttgart. The bond is being issued at 100 percent of its nominal value. Bondm's partner, Close Brothers Seydler Bank AG, domiciled in Frankfurt am Main, is acting as global coordinator and sole bookrunner.
The corporate bond from 3W Power Holdings S.A. / AEG Power Solutions is the sixth bond issue to be placed in the market through Boerse Stuttgart's Bondm trading segment within three months. “More and more SMEs are discovering the bond market as an additional source of finance. We expect to have placed around eight issues in total through our Bondm trading segment by the end of the year," says Sabine Traub, Head of Bond Trading at the Stuttgart Stock Exchange.
The scheduled subscription period runs from 18 to 24 November 2010, but may end sooner if the bond issue is oversubscribed. At the end of the subscription period the bond will be admitted to Boerse Stuttgart's Bondm segment and regular trading.
