The subscription period for the corporate bond issue from the shirt and blouse manufacturer eterna Mode Holding has closed early because of high demand for the bond. Today was the first day investors had an opportunity to subscribe to eterna’s new bond issue via Boerse Stuttgart’s Bondm segment for medium-sized enterprises. Sabine Traub, Head of the Primary Market Group at Boerse Stuttgart, said: “The subscription for the eterna bond in the Bondm segment was extremely successful. The total subscription volume of EUR 35 million was placed on the market within a very short time.”
Following the early closure of subscription for the eterna bond at 10.00 CET on 24 September because the issue was heavily oversubscribed, the first trading day in the Bondm segment will be Tuesday, 25 September. With a total volume of EUR 35 million, the bond issue from eterna (ISIN DE000A1REXA4) matures in 2017 and has a coupon of 8 percent. It is the fourth issue in the Bondm trading segment for medium-sized enterprises in the current year. All bonds of medium-sized enterprises listed in Bondm are denominated in nominal units of EUR 1,000.
There are currently 20 corporate bonds with a total volume of around EUR 1.5 billion listed in the Bondm trading segment, which was established in May 2010.
