Transparent, approachable and an equal partner: with its new logo and corporate design Boerse Stuttgart underlines its aspiration to be a trading platform for retail investors and takes on a modern image. “We put our customers at the very heart of our services. This can now be seen in our design as well,” says Bernd Stockmann, Head of Marketing and Communication at Boerse Stuttgart.
The new design has mainly been optimised for digital channels and the presentation of content in a way that is easy to understand. This has resulted in a reduction to the essential – starting with the design of the logo. The new word mark has been kept simple and can also be easily displayed on a smartphone. A striking element are the new colours adopted by Boerse Stuttgart, once again with an emphasis on digital media. Due to their luminosity, the main colours, violet and mint, are particularly suitable for display on a monitor.
Figures, charts and diagrams – the subject of investment is often presented in a very abstract way. With its visual language, Boerse Stuttgart now offers a personal approach. All those you encounter on the new website are employees of the exchange. “The authentic portraits tell you who is looking after investors' concerns in Stuttgart. Thus, we give the exchange a face and make our services tangible for our customers,” says Bernd Stockmann.
The clear focus of the new image is evident from all information offers provided. Boerse Stuttgart's website, www.boerse-stuttgart.de, has been completely revised accordingly. The texts are easy to read, not too long and have significant headlines. In addition, all contents have been optimised for display on smartphones or tablets.
All types of information are easily accessible through an optimised search function and a clearly-structured navigation menu. This includes factsheets on individual securities, the tried and tested product finders for the various asset classes and current market assessments. After the launch of the new design, new functions and contents will be continually added to the website in the course of 2019.
