Boerse Stuttgart : MITEC Automotive AG Issues Bond In Bondm Segment - Investors Can Subscribe To The New Bond Issue Starting 19 March

MITEC Automotive AG is to issue a corporate bond in Boerse Stuttgart’s Bondm trading segment. Investors will have the opportunity to subscribe to the company’s corporate bond issue starting on 19 March 2012. With a total volume of up to EUR 50 million, the bond issue from MITEC Automotive AG matures in 2017 and has a coupon of 7.75 percent. Private investors can purchase bonds on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange by sending a buy order directly to their house bank. The bond issue bears the ISIN DE000A1KONJ5 and is denominated in nominal units of EUR 1,000.

“The market for bonds issued by medium-sized enterprises has started moving again in the last few weeks. So far in 2012, the MITEC Automotive bond is the second issue of this kind that has been offered to investors through our platform at the issue price,” says Sabine Traub, Head of the Primary Market Group at Boerse Stuttgart. MITEC Automotive AG is the nineteenth company overall to issue a bond in the Bondm trading segment. The subscription period for the issue via the Bondm subscription box is expected to run up to 28 March 2012 but may end early if the issue is oversubscribed. After the subscription period, the bond will be admitted to Boerse Stuttgart’s Bondm segment and regular trading.

Since the launch of Bondm in May 2010, Boerse Stuttgart has admitted 22 corporate bonds with a total volume of more than EUR 1.5 billion to the segment for medium-sized enterprises.
