Ekotechnika GmbH is to issue a corporate bond in Boerse Stuttgart’s Bondm trading segment. Starting on 29 April 2013, investors will have the opportunity to subscribe to the company’s corporate bond issue. With a total volume of up to EUR 60 million, the bond issue from Ekotechnika matures in 2018 and has a coupon of 9.75 percent. Investors can purchase bonds on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange by sending a buy order directly to their house bank. The bond issue bears the ISIN DE000A1R1A18 and is denominated in nominal units of EUR 1,000.
The subscription period for the issue via the Bondm subscription box is expected to run up to 8 May, but it may end early if the issue is oversubscribed. After the subscription period, the bond will be admitted to Boerse Stuttgart’s Bondm segment and regular trading.
There are currently 22 corporate bonds with a total volume of around EUR 1.5 billion listed in the Bondm trading segment, which was launched in May 2010.
