After completing the ownership control procedure, the leading European infrastructure providers for cryptocurrencies and digital assets, Boerse Stuttgart Digital and tradias, have closed their merger. This creates a fully regulated one-stop shop for cryptocurrencies and digital assets, covering the complete value chain from trading, custody, staking and tokenization. Under the umbrella of Boerse Stuttgart Group, a business unit is formed with around 300 employees, headquarters in Frankfurt and Stuttgart and additional locations in Athens, Beirut, Berlin, Dubai, Madrid, Milan and Ljubljana. Boerse Stuttgart Digital is the name of the business unit, tradias becomes the brand for trading.

The business unit is led by a joint management team from Boerse Stuttgart Digital and tradias. Christopher Beck from tradias and Dr. Ulli Spankowski from Boerse Stuttgart Digital become Co-CEOs, Roman Schmidt from tradias becomes Chief Commercial Officer. Jan Munz as Chief Operating Officer and Dennis Winter as Chief Technology Officer continue the roles they have already held at Boerse Stuttgart Digital. As Chief Digital Assets Officer, Michael Reinhard from tradias – like Dr. Ulli Spankowski – will be a member of the Group Executive Committee of Boerse Stuttgart Group and will be responsible for the crypto and digital assets business of Boerse Stuttgart Group.
