Royalbeach Spielwaren & Sportartikel Vertriebs GmbH is issuing a corporate bond in the Bondm trading segment of Boerse Stuttgart. Starting on 17 October 2011, investors will have the opportunity to subscribe for the corporate bond issue. The Royalbeach bond, with a total volume of up to EUR 25 million, matures in 2016 and has a coupon of 8.125 percent. Private investors can purchase bonds directly through their house bank by sending a buy order to Boerse Stuttgart. The nominal value of the bonds under the ISIN DE000A1K0QA7 is EUR 1,000.
Royalbeach is the eleventh company to issue a bond in the Bondm trading segment in 2011. The subscription period for the bond issue, via the bond subscription box, will run until 26 October 2011, although it can end prematurely if the issue is oversubscribed. After the subscription period, the bond will be admitted to the Bondm segment and regular trading.
Since the launch of Bondm in May 2010, Boerse Stuttgart has admitted corporate bonds with a total volume of over EUR 1.3 billion to the segment for medium-sized enterprises.
