From 19 March 2012 investors had the opportunity to subscribe to the corporate bond of MITEC Automotive AG via the Boerse Stuttgart Bondm segment for medium-sized enterprises. The period for subscription to the bond issue via the Bondm subscription box ended on 28 March. However, subject to the premature end of subscriptions, it is now possible to subscribe to the issue directly via the company until October 2012.
MITEC Automotive AG is the second company to have a bond admitted to Boerse Stuttgart's Bondm trading segment in 2012. The bond issue matures in 2017 and has a coupon of 7.75 percent. Since the launch of Bondm in May 2010, Boerse Stuttgart has admitted corporate bonds with a total volume of more than EUR 1.5 billion to the segment for medium-sized enterprises.
With the subscription period having ended on 28 March, investors can trade the financial instrument from 29 March 2012 under the ISIN DE000A1KONJ5 on Boerse Stuttgart’s Bondm segment for medium-sized enterprises. The bonds of all medium-sized companies listed on Bondm are denominated in units of EUR 1,000.
