- Structured certificates issued by BNP Paribas have been introduced to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) on 15 December 2017
- The underlying of the new certificates is the EURO STOXX® BanksPrice EUR Index
- BNP Paribas is the fifth issuer of structured products listed on the GPW
New structured certificates issued by BNP Paribas Issuance B.V. have been introduced to trading on the exchange on 15 December 2017. The underlying of the new issue certificates is the EURO STOXX® Banks Price EUR Index.
“We are glad that BNP Paribas has issued a series of structured certificates on our market. The new instruments add autocall certificates on the EURO STOXX® BanksPrice EUR Index to the range of available investment opportunities. With its presence and track record of issuing structured products in Poland, we hope that the issuer will introduce more of them to trading on GPW in the future,” said Marek Dietl, President of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
One series of certificates under ISIN XS1631571871 has been introduced to trading on the exchange. Their last trading date is 24 November 2020. The issue price of the certificates is PLN 1,000. The issuer has introduced 56,465 certificates to trading. The new instruments will be traded on the parallel market in the Market Maker System. The certificates sold in a public offer have been distributed by Biuro Maklerskie Banku BGŻ BNP Paribas, which ran the sale within Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas network.

The Warsaw Stock Exchange lists 940 structured products. Investors can choose from a wide range of diverse underlying from different markets and asset classes including equities, stock baskets, indices, commodities and crops. Structured products offer a selection of the underlying depending on the preferred level of investment risks and provide an upside whether the price of the underlying is rising or falling.
