The Latibex Forum is celebrating its twenty-seventh edition with new features. This year, the event will be hybrid. On the one hand, on November 18 and 19 online meetings will be held between investors and companies, while tomorrow, the 18th, the Ibero-American Investment Summit will take place at the Madrid Stock Exchange Palace, with debate panels on current issues.

This new format allows for greater participation by investors and companies in the flagship event for investors interested in the region and Ibero-American companies. In total, more than 230 one-on-one meetings are expected between more than 90 investors, 50% of whom are international, from countries such as France, UK, Germany, Portugal or the US and nearly 50 companies from Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Panama, and Spain.

The public portion of the event, the Ibero-American Investment Meeting 2025, will be inaugurated tomorrow, November 18, at 9:30 a.m. The special address will be given by Susana Sumelzo, Secretary of State for Ibero-America, who will be accompanied at the opening by Juan Flames, CEO of BME; Luis Isasi, Chairman of Santander Spain; and José Luis Rodríguez, partner at Cuatrecasas.

Following the opening, there will be a panel analyzing the region’s macroeconomic situation, featuring representatives from the Bank of Spain, IE University, and Santander, and another focused on the keys to investing in Ibero-America, with Schroders, CFA Society México, JPMorgan, DeltaHedge, and Neuberger Berman.

At 12:45 p.m., a double panel will begin to analyze the two-way path of Ibero-American investment in Spain. The panel dedicated to investment infrastructure will feature representatives from Cuatrecasas, Armanext and Prática Producto, and the investment flows panel will include ICEX–Invest in Spain, EBN Banco, Go Global, Auxadi, and Raven. After lunch, the final panel will focus on Spanish investment in Ibero-America, with the participation of Isabel Rata, Deputy Director General for the Americas at the Secretariat of State for Trade, alongside representatives from Grenergy, Civitatis, and IE Business School.

Santander is the main sponsor of the event, which also includes Cuatrecasas, CFA Society Spain, Morningstar, Armanext and World Television (wtv.) as sponsors and Instituto BME, the Spanish Institute of Analysts (Instituto Español de Analistas) Economatica, Atribus and the Brazil-Spain Chamber of Commerce as collaborators.
