- The company is the thirteenth to join BME's growth markets so far this year
BME Scaleup welcomed Eolo Toys today. The traditional bell-ringing ceremony held at the Madrid Stock Exchange Palace featured Alex Prieto, the company’s CEO and co-founder, who was accompanied by Susana de Antonio, director of primary markets at BME.
The company, which is the thirteenth to debut this year on BME’s growth markets, set its initial price at 2.60 euros per share, implying a total valuation of 15 million euros.
“The high number of listings we are seeing demonstrates that capital markets are becoming increasingly accessible to small and medium-sized enterprises. Companies from a wide range of sectors now know that BME offers them a way to finance their projects, gain visibility, and embark on new stages of growth. It’s always great news when a company decides to list on BME, and it’s even better when it’s a company like Eolo: creative, approachable, unique, and with strong international potential,” explains Susana de Antonio, director of primary markets at BME.
For his part, Alex Prieto, the company’s CEO and co-founder, emphasized that “Eolo Toys’ inclusion in BME Scaleup marks the beginning of a new phase of growth for the company. For nearly 50 years, we have demonstrated our ability to identify trends, adapt quickly, and turn opportunities into business. Now we want to accelerate that model, maintaining a lean and scalable structure, and investing in innovation, private labels, technology, international expansion, and new growth opportunities. Our goal is to continue building an increasingly global, profitable, and relevant company within the toy industry, creating sustainable value for our shareholders with a long-term vision.”
The company, which has Renta 4 Corporate as its Registered Advisor, has begun trading under the ticker symbol “SCEOL.”
