BME Market Data announces the launch of a new real-time information dissemination service aimed at improving the transparency and international visibility of the companies listed on the Spanish markets operated by the BME Group.
The new product integrates into BME Market Data’s information dissemination systems the corporate actions, material information and other financial disclosures submitted by the issuers to the Spanish stock market supervisor (CNMV). Thus, the service subscribers will receive, in real time, a message including the headline / summary of the announcement and a link to the documentation provided by the issuer.
The service also provides information in English on corporate actions, material information and other financial disclosures from those issuers that are part of the network of contributors that BME Market Data has built to provide this service.
At present the contributor network comprises 51 firms, among which are the vast majority of companies that are part of the IBEX 35® and IBEX Medium Cap® indices, as well as other companies listed on the Spanish stock exchange.
With this initiative, BME takes another step forward in its drive to provide the highest quality information that can help national and international investors in their decision-taking process and has become the primary source of reference for the Spanish financial markets.
