BME: MARF Has Registered A New Promissory Note Program From Grupo Inmobiliario Gomendio For 50 Million Euros

Grupo Inmobiliario Gomendio has registered a new corporate promissory note program on BME’s fixed-income market, MARF, for a total of 50 million euros. The promissory notes to be issued under this program will have a face value of 100,000 euros each, will be targeted at qualified investors, and will have maturities of up to 24 months.

With this new program, Gomendio Real Estate Group is diversifying its sources of financing into the fixed-income market.

Banco Sabadell is acting as the Coordinating Institution, Agent, and Registered Advisor for the Program, and the Dealers are Banco Sabadell itself, Andbank, and Link Securities.

Ramón y Cajal served as legal counsel to the issuer in connection with the registration of the program. Additionally, Grupo Inmobiliario Gomendio has a long-term credit rating of BB+ from Ethifinance Ratings.

Grupo Inmobiliario Gomendio, founded in 1955 and headquartered in Madrid, focuses its core business on the development and marketing of residential real estate projects. The group also operates in other business areas: construction and the leasing of real estate assets.

At the end of 2025, Grupo Inmobiliario Gomendio reported consolidated revenue of 61.4 million euros and adjusted EBITDA of 25.8 million.

The MARF now has 162 domestic and international issuers. As of the end of August, it had an outstanding balance of 10,598 million euros, representing a 7.11% increase compared to the same period last year.
