BME: MARF Admits To Trading A Bond Issue By Masmovil Broadband

MARF has registered a €30 million bond issue by Másmovil Broadband, with final maturity in 2024.

MM Broadband is the subsidiary of Másmovil Ibercom that will operate the Group’s existing broadband network infrastructure as well as the future development of its internet business.

The issue is a project bond for the financing of the Group’s new communications network. The individual nominal value of the bonds is 100,000 euros, their annual coupon is 5.75% and their amortisation is through three reductions in their nominal value, in 2022, 2023 and on 27 July 2024.

Intermoney Valores has acted as Global Coordinator of the issue and Registered Adviser in MARF. The Lead Managers of the transaction are Banco Sabadell, Bankinter and Intermoney while Andbank has acted as Co-Lead. The legal advisor of the banks has been Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira while Evergreen Legal has advised the issuer.

Axesor has granted the issuer a rating of BB with positive outlook.
