The Indice General de la Bolsa de Madrid (IGBM) Management Committee has decided, in accordance with the technical provisions for the composition, calculation and sectoral division of the IGBM index family, to approve the composition of the IGBM and Indice Total indices for the second half of 2009.
Having considered the data relating to trading and capitalisation, two stocks will be excluded from the index. The IGBM composition for the second half of 2009 will therefore include 125 stocks.

EXCLUSIONS:
Parquesol Inmobiliaria y Proyectos, following acquisition by Udra S.A. and subsequent delisting.
Itinere Infraestructuras, following a call for an extraordinary shareholders meeting for 11 July, where the company’s delisting is part of the agenda.
There are no inclusions
Final weightings by sectors, subsectors and stocks will be published on the website of Bolsa de Madrid (www.bolsamadrid.es), after the close of the market, on 30 June 2009.
