The Mercado Alternativo Bursátil de Renta Fija (MARF) has registered new supplements increasing the Commercial Paper Programmes of TUBACEX, GRUPO BARCELÓ AND EUROPAC.
Tubacex increases the outstanding volume of its current programme in MARF by €45.1 million, to a maximum of €75 million. Additionally, it extends the maturities for the Commercial Paper under this Programme to 24 months.
Grupo Barceló increases its programme by €25 million and besides, extends its Commercial Paper tenors to a maximum of 2 years.
Europac’s Commercial Paper programme will also allow maturities up to 24 months for its CPs from the time of registration of its new supplement on MARF.
Banca March, a Registered Adviser in MARF, acts as Sole Lead Arranger and has been mandated to design and structure the programmes as well as distributing the commercial paper issued among qualified investors. It also acts as a payment agent for the Programmes.
