The purpose of the programme is to offer employees adequate, quality training, which is consistent with the demands and needs of the market.

The Human Resources division at BME has looked into the specific training needs in the company. The department heads of the different BME business areas have contributed their efforts in identifying these needs.

As a result of this, a continuous, systematic training programme has been developed. The programme is meant to reach a long lasting validity and efficacy by building upon the product offered.

To help achieve these goals IT Deusto will provide consulting services and assistance in the technical and educational advice given to trainees, the development of training activities, internal communication to all employees and other tasks associated with the courses.

The Training Programme implemented in BME with the collaboration of IT Deusto is an extensive one, 100% adaptable to the needs of the company, which represents a major step forward with respect to other independent training activities carried out in the past.
