In 2012 nine rights issues have been carried out by 6 of the 21 companies currently listed on MAB: AB Biotics, Eurona Wireless Telecom, Medcom Tech, Carbures, Secuoya and Let´s Gowex. Total financing through share capital increases since the companies’ incorporations stands at €30 million. Another €8.5 million of funds have been secured through the five new business incorporations this year
LET´S GOWEX has notified the MAB market of completion of the rights issue announced in November, consisting of the issuance of 1,528,404 shares at a price of €11.60, implying no discount to the market price, for a total amount of €18 million.
With the issue, GOWEX has achieved its objective of raising funds for its strategic expansion plan and stepping up its services to the world's 300 largest cities.
This is the largest rights issue on the MAB since it was created in 2009, and the company's third financing deal since it was listed in 2010. The company debuted in March 2010, securing funds of €6 million and a market cap of almost €40 million. In June 2011, it carried out a second capital increase, raising nearly €7 million more. With this €18 million increase just completed, Gowex has raised €31 million of finance and has a market cap of €155 million.
