In 2015, the 20 listed projects raised BRL 762,000. Of this total, 11 achieved 100% of their target and nine projects raised on average 47% of the target. Even those with a lower uptake will receive the resources for development of the original proposal, with some adjustments.

"The Exchange and the BM&FBOVESPA Institute are honored to have done their part in the search for a more prosperous and socially equal Brazil," said Chief Executive Officer of BM&FBOVESPA, Edemir Pinto, during the opening ceremony.

"This joint venture of co-investment between the BM&FBOVESPA and BrazilFoundation opens a new chapter in the Brazilian social sector. A cooperation chapter, sharing methodologies, aligning efforts to reduce overlaps and extending results”, said the president and CEO of BrazilFoundation, Patricia Lobaccaro in her speech.

"It is a pleasure to see these dreams come true, which have been picked so carefully. We are proud to be part of this project”, said the manager of partnerships and development for the private sector UNDP (United Nations Development Programme), Luciana Aguiar.

"We are very proud to support projects and the institute. We believe in the partnership between the BM&FBOVESPA and BrazilFoundation.
