BM&FBOVESPA Investment In Latin American Exchanges - Purchase Of Stake In Bolsa Mexicana De Valores

Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros (“BM&FBOVESPA”) informs that reached an equity stake of approximately 4.1% in Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, S.A.B. de C.V., Mexico, in an investment of 640 million Mexican pesos (approximately R$136 million).

The Mexican Stock Exchange has 120 years of history, being part of a group of leading companies in Mexico, vertically integrated, that offers services in the equities, derivatives and debt markets, as well as post-trading, market data and aggregate value.

BM&FBOVESPA also informs that it will continue to assess expansion opportunities in activities connected to its core business
