BM&FBOVESPA cordially invites members of the press to attend a meeting that will be held between Ms. Marina Silva, Brazil’s Green Party presidential candidate, and the international financial community. This event will be held at 10:30 a.m. on July 22, 2010 in New York City (at The New York Palace Hotel, 455, Madison Avenue). The objective of this meeting is to discuss the guidelines for Brazil’s 2011 development plan.

In addition to presidential candidate Ms. Marina Silva, who formerly served as a Senator and as the Minister of the Environment, the event will also have two other guest speakers: Citi Senior Advisor, Mr. William Rhodes, and Brazilian economist Mr. Marcio Garcia, who is currently an Associate Professor of the Department of Economics at PUC-Rio, Brazil.

The first in this series of events was held in May of this year when another Brazilian presidential candidate, Ms. Dilma Rousseff, met with international investors.
