We hereby inform you that, based on the general principles of its Products and Services Fee Structure Policy, BM&FBOVESPA shall adopt the following price policy for agribusiness securities registered with the Agribusiness Securities Registration System.
This Fee Policy shall be applicable for agribusiness securities and/or the agribusiness credit rights certificates that are linked to them, registered with the Agribusiness Securities Registration System. The fees that are described herein shall be charged monthly as of March 15, 2011.
Registration Fee
The Registration Fee, which is calculated on the last business day of every month, shall be paid by the security’s owner for registration of the asset with the Agribusiness Securities Registration System.
The Entering Trader shall be responsible before BM&FBOVESPA for payment of the said fee.
Permanence Fee
The Permanence Fee, which is calculated on the last business day of every month, shall be paid by the owner of the security for maintaining the asset with the Agribusiness Securities Registration System.
The Entering Trader (or Intermediary when nominated by whoever the owner of the security is on the last business day of the month or on the asset’s expiration date) shall be responsible before BM&FBOVESPA for payment of the said fee.
Transfer of Ownership Fee
The Transfer of Ownership Fee shall be paid by both the buyer and seller if the transfer of ownership of the agribusiness security is executed in the Agribusiness Securities Registration System.
The Entering Trader (or Intermediary when nominated by the owner of the security) shall be responsible before BM&FBOVESPA for payment of the said fee.
