BM&F BOVESPA S.A. - Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros (“Company”) announces to shareholders that the amount of dividends per share proposed by the Board of Directors pursuant to a decision taken at a meeting held on March 17, 2009, and approved by the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of April 28, 2009, has been adjusted to R$0.030276894, from R$0.030317425 earlier, as a result of the exercise of certain vested options related to the Stock Option Plans adopted by the Company and the program previously adopted by Bolsa de Mercadorias & Futuros – BM&F S.A.
The dividends will be paid on May 12, 2009, based on the ownership structure prevailing as of April 30, 2009, such that commencing from May 4, 2009, Company shares will trade ex-dividend.
