An investor consortium, which included Blackstone and Thomson Reuters, sold approximately USD 2.7 billion worth of shares in the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG).
This accelerated stock offering involved the sale of around 33 million shares, representing a voting interest of approximately 5.5% in LSEG.
The term sheet, shared by an investment bank involved in the sale, revealed that there is strong demand from investors, exceeding the size of the offer.
