Blackrock, recently demerged from Fyffes plc, plans to maintain and develop a portfolio of properties with potential for long term rental and/or capital growth.
Blackrock brings the total number of companies listed on the market to 15. Speaking on the commencement of trading, the Irish Stock Exchange’s Director of Listing, Deirdre Somers said “We are delighted to welcome Blackrock International Land plc to the IEX market. It further endorses the IEX market formula which is successfully meeting the needs of small and medium-sized Irish companies”.
