The new combined group Binck N.V. is the result of the acquisition by AOT N.V., an international trading house specialised in trading securities and derivatives, of Binck N.V., a fully automated on-line investment bank for private, professional and wholesale investors. AOT and Binck continue under the name Binck N.V. and the listing of AOT N.V. on Euronext will therefore be continued by Binck N.V.
The total number of listed shares of the company is 30,837,403, including the 6,468,454 newly issued shares for this transaction, The market capitalisation of Binck N.V. is around EUR 60 million as of today.
