The Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) is pleased to announce that Cohort Limited has joined the BSX as a Trading Member, effective 1 November, 2012.
In making the announcement, Greg Wojciechowski, BSX President & CEO stated, “We are delighted to welcome Cohort to the Bermuda Stock Exchange. We firmly believe that this association will further strengthen and enhance our respective lines of business.”
Cohort Limited was founded in July 2012 by Garth Lorimer Turner and Tracy Packwood, two former senior executives of Jupiter Asset Management (Bermuda) Limited. Cohort provides a range of services to international companies and funds seeking to operate offshore, specifically from Bermuda. Cohort’s services include the provision of corporate management, independent director, advisory and consulting services. Cohort also provides ancillary accounting, administrative support and corporate administration for corporate management and advisory clients.
