Sandra Boss, an external member of the Bank of England’s Prudential Regulation Committee (PRC) and the Senior Independent Member of the RTGS/CHAPS Board has stepped down to join BlackRock.
Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey said: “I would like to thank Sandy Boss for her tremendous contribution and her insights since joining in September 2014. The PRC has benefited greatly from her expertise. She has played a key role in driving forward the PRC agenda following the set-up of the Prudential Regulation Authority. Her involvement and work on the RTGS renewal programme has also been invaluable. She will be missed but we wish her all the best in her new role.”
