Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices effective after the close of trading on Friday 29 June, 2007:
- Banco Popolare – Societa Cooperativa (Italy, SEDOL: TBC, GICS: Financials, GICS Code: 40101010) will replace Banco Popolare di Verona e Novara (Italy, SEDOL: 7378261, GICS: Financials, GICS Code:40101010) in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices.

It will be added to the indices after the close on 29 June at the same price as the closing price of Banca Popolare di Verona e Novara.
