Baltic Exchange: Interim Dividend For Baltic Shareholders

The Baltic Exchange Board of Directors today declared an interim dividend of £2.50 per share.

The dividend will be paid on 26 January 2005 to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on 22 November 2004.

The dividend follows payment of £3 per share in July this year in respect of the financial year which runs to the end of March.
