On 9 July 2021, BaFin imposed an administrative fine amounting to 120,000 euros on an individual in a management position at a domestic issuer due to a breach of section 115 (1) sentence 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG).
An appeal was lodged against the administrative fine order.
