Today (May 29) B3 reached a record-breaking number of trades in the BM&F and Bovespa segments, totaling 3,754,844 trades. The earlier record was 3,699,308 trades on May 8, 2017.
In addition, in the BM&F segment the overall number of trades registered was 1,743,747 trades until the closing of the market this afternoon. The previous record was 1,627,708 trades on February 6, 2018.
Ibovespa trades in mini futures contracts (WIN) also hit a record high with 1,203,188 Ibovespa mini futures contracts traded today against 1,107,041 on February 6, 2018, the previous record. With regard to contracts, 4,032,404 were registered today against 3,486,542 contracts, the previous record on May 18 2018.
