Management of Axon Vision opened trading this morning, in celebration of its listing on TASE, becoming one of 17 new companies to join TASE since the beginning of 2025.
Axon Vision is an innovative technology company developing AI–based systems for the defense sector, positioned at the intersection of two particularly attractive industries today, AI and defense.
Founded in 2017 by IDF elite technology unit veterans Raz Roditti, Ido Rozenberg, and Michael Zolotov, the Company is led by CEO Brig. Gen. (Res.) Roy Riftin, former Chief Artillery Officer of the IDF. Its systems are already in operational use by the IDF and deployed across multiple platforms, including UAV formations and ground forces. The solutions are actively supporting troops in the field during the ongoing war, delivering significant operational value.
This is the second company listed on TASE by the founders. Their first venture, Razor Labs, successfully completed its IPO in 2021.
Raz Roditti, Chairman of Axon Vision, said: "The IPO and listing on TASE mark a significant milestone in our journey. The confidence shown by our investors, alongside that of our foreign and domestic customers, empowers us to continue developing and deploying groundbreaking AI technologies that enhance the protection of IDF soldiers and improve the survivability and effectiveness of troops worldwide.”
Tom Alhadif, Head of Sales and Market Development at TASE’s Economic Department, said: “We are delighted to welcome Axon Vision as the 17th company to list on TASE this year, particularly in these challenging times. 15 defense technology companies are currently listed on TASE, with a combined market cap of NIS 100 billion. On this occasion, I would also like to note the upcoming launch, this November, of the TA-Defense Index, which will include shares of Israeli companies operating in the defense sector. I wish the Company, its employees, and its shareholders continued success, for the benefit of customers, investors, and the Israeli economy as a whole.”
