Axioma, a leading provider of innovative risk and portfolio management solutions, has been recognized in the Best Innovative Solution category at this year’s L’Agefi AMtech Day Awards. The influential industry awards, run by French financial publishing group L’Agefi, recognize outstanding leadership in providing technology solutions to French buy-side firms.
The awards, which were announced at a ceremony in Paris on Oct. 13, 2016, were judged by a jury consisting of senior asset management professionals, including managing directors of some of the largest French asset management groups, such as Groupama AM, Carmignac, EGAMO, Comgest and Gemway Assets.
The category Best Innovative Solution recognizes Axioma Risk, the company’s enterprise-wide risk-management system, which enables clients to obtain timely, consistent and comparable views of risk across the entire organization and across all asset classes. The judges unanimously chose Axioma as the winner in recognition of the company not just proposing ‘another’ risk system, but providing a new generation of risk solutions that allows investment firms to tailor the factors in a risk model to the sources of risk in a portfolio strategy.
