AWE Has Announced The First In A Rolling Series Of Initial Public Offers For Shares In Premium-Quality Australian Wine

AWX Capital Limited (AWX), Australia's first issuer of innovative Wine Class Shares, has announced the first in a rolling series of Initial Public Offers (IPO) for shares in premium-quality Australian wine. The first prospectus, which comprises 20 separate IPOs, was opened on September 25, 2001.

Application forms for Wine Class Shares are available from NSX member brokers.

The first prospectus will provide 20 new listings for the NSX.

An official event, to be officiated by The Federal Minister for Financial Services and Regulation, The Hon Joe Hockey MP will be held on Friday 19th October 2001 10:00am at the NSX to mark the inaugural launch of the First Prospectus for Wine Class Shares.
