According to paragraph 2.4.1 (b) of the Athens Exchange (ATHEX) Regulation and the ATHEX Board of Directors Decision 2/17.7.2008 -"Procedure required for the licensing of Market Maker in the Securities and Derivative Markets of ATHEX, the Minimum Disclosed Volume of Shares (M.D.V.S.) for the calendar quarter October-December 2009 is presented herewith.
M.D.V.S Athex Categories (Big Cap and Medium & Small Cap) and ETFs
The M.D.V.S. refers to the obligations of Market Makers and Special Advisers (Sponsors) and is defined as the minimum volume of each leg of the market maker's quote.
The start date for the implementation of new M.D.V.S. will be Monday, October 5 2009.
