Athens Exchange Group: Successful Completion Of Dress Rehearsal

Following the announcement of the ATHEX Stock Markets Steering Committee regarding the Amendment of the ATHEX Exchange Rulebook and the concomitant modifications of the Trading Model of the ATHEX Markets through the ATHEX Resolutions, we inform you about the successful completion of the Members' Dress Rehearsal for the systems' readiness check.

Therefore, starting from Monday 11/12/2017:

The New Trading System OASIS (v5.0) will be installed in the Production Environment
The trading segments "Low Dispersion" and "Under Deletion" will be deleted

The shares traded in the said segments will be transferred in the trading segments, whose criteria were fulfilled by them during the last review, prior to the amendment coming in force. The information concerning the transfers may be found in the following Table:

Following the decision of the ATHEX Listings and Market Operation Committee, as of December 6th, 2017, the shares of the company will be delisted, on 21.12.2017.
The shares of the company are under suspension of trading (category Under Deletion). Taking into account the abolition of the Under Deletion category, the shares will be transferred to the Under Surveillance category, remaining under suspension.

Also note that the shares that are transferred in the Main Market will be traded in the Low Liquidity Category.

Amendments for the adjustment to the new European market framework (MiFIDII/MiFIR)

As of Monday 11/12/2017:

the changes that concern the Price Tick size for Securities (Stocks, Rights, ETFs) will be valid as the they are mentioned in detail HERE.
the minimum value for Trade Reports will be amended in the new OASIS (v5.0) as presented in the following Table:

the active live orders (GTD/GTC) will be automatically deleted
the transaction (reconciliation) file will be produced with a new specification that can be found HERE.
Dissemination of static data files will be taking place via the RDS Service from the link

We also remind the following:

The Order Record Keeping (ORK) in accordance to the new fields as they are defined under the Annex of the Commission Delegated Regulation 2017/580/EE and of the Commission Delegated Regulation 2017/587/EE
ARM & APA obligations will be in place with the implementation of MiFID II (03/01/2018).

Finally, until Friday 15/12/2017, all Trading Members should declare the Algorithms they might be using.
