Athens Exchange Group: Presentation Of Research Report Carried Out Jointly By ATHEX And The Economic Chamber Of Greece, Opening Bell Ceremony, Wednesday 26th June 2019

On Wednesday, June 26th 2019, the President of the Economic Chamber of Greece Mr. Konstantinos Kollias and the Managing Director of the Athens Stock Exchange Mr. Socrates Lazaridis presented a Research Report titled "The Stock Exchange as a driving force of new funding".

The Research report was carried out under the Memorandum of Understanding signed in February 2019 between the Athens Stock Exchange and the Economic Chamber of Greece. The report was based on a survey that took place between March 15, 2019 and April 3, 2019 and involved 1,700 economists - members of the Chamber.

At the beginning of the event Mr. Konstantinos Kollias, President of the Economic Chamber, along with Mrs. Afroditi Papadea, Administrative Director and Mrs. Vasiliki Bousouni, Research Director of the Chamber, rang the opening bell. The presentation that followed suit was coordinated by the journalist Mr. Nektarios Notis.

The Research will be available through the websites of the two organizations.

Mr. Kollias and Mr. Lazaridis agreed to proceed with further actions, based on the findings of the research, starting this Fall.
